Shipping Policy

In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Made-to-order pieces — including hand-knotted rugs and custom-size fridge covers — are crafted to order and require 3–4 weeks before shipping. The estimated window is shown on each product page.

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders over ₹7,500 (approx. ₹150). Orders below this threshold incur a flat ₹250 shipping fee.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

We ship to over 12 countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status any time by logging into your account. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

While we work hard to meet our estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will keep you informed and work to resolve it quickly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Every Urban Dusk order ships carbon-neutral. We offset emissions through verified projects and use plastic-free, recycled packaging for all shipments.
