Return Policy

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces — including custom-size rugs and monogrammed covers — are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Email care@urbandusk.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will reply within one business day with a return authorisation and a prepaid return label where eligible.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorisation.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and the widest availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

Return shipping is complimentary within India and the EU. For other international returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Beyond our return window, every Urban Dusk piece is covered by our lifetime repair promise. If an item fails through normal use, we will repair or replace it — simply email us with a photo and your order number.
